"Learn the rules like a pro so you can break them like an artist" – Pablo Picasso
While we don’t see ourselves as artists, we are constantly adapting and challenging the rules of design, engineering and craftsmanship due to the nature of the material we work with. Our New Collection was born out of the challenges we faced working with coloured Water Buffalo. The colour of the hide of the animal represents the colour of the horn - black hide black horn, light hide light horn.

The process uses bark extracts, fruit, leaves and roots to infuse the hide with rich, deep colour. While it's a more lengthy process than chrome tanning, we consider vegetable tanning a worthwhile technique both to preserve the traditional practice and to uphold our commitment to sustainability.

The Original Collection was our first range of handles born out of trial and error and a request for something unique.
